If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, Yangzom is happy to offer an exchange or credit note for items purchased, providing that the product is undamaged and in its original condition with tags still attached.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all shipping charges to return the item, unless goods are deemed faulty. Customers outside the EU will be responsible for all duties and taxes
When it comes to returns or exchange, we operate a “fair and reasonable” policy. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in our clothing you purchase from us.
Please be mindful when deciding which pieces of clothing you wish to purchase as we do not usually offer refunds for change of mind, however, we will happily discuss the details of your exchange with you further via email at email@example.com.
Please ensure the clothing returned back to us is in new and unused condition with all Yangzom garment tags still intact. Any clothing returned used, worn, washed, damaged intentionally will not be accepted for an exchange / credit note.
All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items - unless goods are deemed faulty.
All return enquiries are to be made within 14 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling).
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method you used.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Customers outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
